General Contractor Services
We offer turnkey general contractor services for the Farmington and surrounding Four Corners areas including: estimating, permitting assistance, bidding, management, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, project closeout, and warranty. Design Build
We are well versed in design-build project delivery methods where we are contracted with the client as a single point of contact for both design of the project as well as construction. With this method we are able to retain the design team under our contract, thus streamlining the project schedule, controlling the budget, and involvement from concepts to closeout. With many years of experience working in the industry, our team is ready to build your project.
Construction Manager at Risk
CMAR is a project delivery method similar to design build, however, in this delivery method, the CMAR does not hold the design liability under their contract. As a CMAR we provide preconstruction services such as estimating, value engineering, phasing plans, scheduling, logistical planning, and collaborate with the client and design team to ensure successful project execution.
Construction Manager
We are able to serve our clients directly as a consultant to help guide the client through their construction project and assist in managing the project, controlling costs, onsite quality observations, and monitoring the project schedule. We understand our owners are concerned with mitigating cost overruns and completing the projects on time, safely, and with the highest quality possible. Our first hand knowledge of the building process gives us the insight to represent our owners exceptionally well.
Cost Plus Fee
We offer cost plus fee contracts. With this contracting method we provide an agreed upon fee as the contractor and the client pays us for all contractually agreed upon direct construction costs. Utilizing this method Harwood Construction Solutions is open book and fully transparent to ensure the owner can see all costs related to the project

3D Building Information Modeling
Harwood Construction Solutions has the ability to provide 3D modeling services and clash detection on all our construction projects including 3D scanning of existing structures. The 3D virtual model enables the client to perform virtual walkthroughs of the building prior to any construction allowing them to envision the space prior to construction. We also use the 3D virtual model to find and mitigate potential clashes between various construction materials prior to an actual problem occurring. Lastly, we also offer conventional 2D Cad Drafting services.
