We are well-versed in design-build project delivery methods, where we are contracted with the client as a single point of contact for both design of the project and construction.
With this method, we are able to retain the design team under our contract, thus streamlining the project schedule, controlling the budget, and involvement from concepts to closeout.

CMAR is a project delivery method similar to design-build; however, in this delivery method, the CMAR does not hold its design liability under its contract.

As a CMAR, we provide preconstruction services such as estimating, value engineering, phasing plans, scheduling, logistical planning, and collaborate with the client and design team to ensure successful project execution.

At Harwood Construction Solutions, we offer cost-plus fee contracts. With this contracting method, we provide an agreed-upon fee, and the contractor and the client pay us for all contractually agreed-upon direct-construction costs. 

Utilizing this method, Harwood Construction Solutions is open book and fully transparent to ensure the client may see all costs related to the project at hand.

Harwood Construction Solutions offers 3D modeling and clash detection for all projects, including 3D scanning of existing structures. The 3D virtual model allows clients to perform virtual walkthroughs before construction, helping them envision the space.
We also use it to identify and resolve clashes between construction materials. Additionally, we provide conventional 2D CAD drafting services.
