As the prime general contractor this project consisted of demolishing and removing of a small, tight, old kitchen, and transforming it into a new modern kitchen with new cabinets, flooring and opening up the space by shoring roof joints and placing new long span load bearing beams. Counter tops were installed by a separate subcontractor.
