The client provided us a hand sketched floor plan that they wanted to use as the floor plan. HCS reproduced the floor plan using our 3D modelling capabilities and we found several areas of concern with physical construction constraints that need to be addressed before we start construction. Again, due to upfront modelling of the project we are able to effectively identify potential project delivery derailment through our 3D modelling services we provide.
