HCS were contracted to construct a four car carport plus a separate gazebo sitting structure right next to the beautiful San Juan River. In addition, the owner also provided us a change order to construct and place a meandering integral colored concrete pathway.

The carport and gazebo both consisted of some complex, deep pier concrete foundations as well as structural steel installation while having to maintain extreme accuracy during our layout of these structural elements. Through the use of sophisticated construction technology we were able to layout everything with extreme accuracy, and when we begin to install the structural Steel, everything fit together perfectly.

On top of the structural steel beam, we install pre-fabricated wood trusses and topped it off with a metal roof system.

To complete the project, we placed a great, beautiful meandering concrete colored pathway to go from the main home to the carport, then to the riverside gazebo
