This 3d model is a master bathroom and laundry room home addition for a client. One of the perks of modeling his proposed floor plan in 3d was that we were able to spot a clash between the door entrance and his toilet/vanity, which would not have worked physically there was not enough room.

 

HCS proposed an alternative floor plan option for the client to consider in which they accepted our floor plan. We did a virtual meeting where we viewed the model with the client and they were able to make adjustments in real time while in the virtual meeting with HCS.
