The client wanted us to construct a new outdoor covered patio with an outdoor bar. Harwood Construction Solutions prepared the plans and worked with the client on the minor details and communicated very well with each other.

No change orders were assessed on the project and everything was completed on time and budget. The exposed wood was coated with sealer to protect the wood from outdoor elements. The underside of the roof deck was covered with T1-11 plywood siding to provide a finished appearance.
